Jamie Swenson
Future Professional Stylist. Assistant. Make Up Artist. Extensionist

Jamie Swenson began her career as a makeup artist in 2001. She trained with Estee Lauder at their Manhattan, New York office and went on to be a counter manager in Edison, New Jersey. In Edison she produced one million dollars in volume and developed a strong report with her clientele. She hosted national makeup artist events and nurtured a lifelong desire to help people feel fabulous. This top notch training and experience allowed her to enjoy free-lance work with several high fashion photographers, weddings, proms, and many special events.

Currently, Jamie is continuing her education with Pensacola Junior College's Cosmetology program and will graduate this summer. Here at The Garden Street Salon, Jamie is participating in our eight month "In Salon" training adapted by Paul Mitchell the School and will be assisting Catherine Harris.

Jamie is extremely professional and has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge about the latest techniques in hair design. It is her desire to create a look that is custom designed to the client's desire.

	Catherine Harris Owner. Artistic Designer. Extensionist. Colorist Catherine has been in the beauty industry since 1989. She began her schooling at Don Estes Institute of Cosmetology in Visalia, CA under one of Hollywood's favorite stylists, Don Estes. Ms. Harris transferred to Norfolk Technical Vocational College in Norfolk, VA where she completed her training and graduated with the second highest honors in her class. She has spent most of her career attending hair shows, technical training classes, and business seminars. Currently, Ms. Harris is certified as a Paul Mitchell® Associate in Training to be a National Educator with Vanguard Business Systems (VBS) and John Paul Mitchell® Systems (JPMS). She has trained and certified in Atlanta, GA with Prostyles/ProHair Fiber Extensions and holds training in Fusion Prebonded human hair extensions. As well as being an accomplished hair designer, Ms. Harris is certified as a National Makeup Artist for Ultimate Face Cosmetics, a sister company to JPMS. Because of Ms. Harris' passion for excellence in customer services and management, she continually attends business courses at Pensacola Junior College and University of West Florida. She is extremely active with JPMS and VBS in Forward Focus Salon Management. Ms. Harris is also active within the community, with fundraisers and volunteer services to the less fortunate in the Pensacola area. Catherine's extensive background, love of her craft, and passion for people set her vision to open her own full service Paul Mitchell Focus Salon in the summer of 2004; called The Garden Street Salon located in downtown Pensacola, FL. Her specialties include: razor cuts, dimensional color, corrective color, highlights, men's color and grooming, hair extensions, makeovers, and more!
	Evelyn Warren Licensed Esthetician. Skin Care Specialist. Team Manager Evelyn Warren is a licensed Esthetician who specializes in skin care treatments for all skin types, including hyper pigmentation, sun damage, Rosacia, and Acne. She has had extensive advanced training in Galvanic and High frequency treatments at the International Dermal Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. She has also received certification on Chemical Peels. She has training on how to deal with aging skin from Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts in San Antonio, Texas. Evelyn plans to continue her education and stay up to date on the newest research and technology available. Evelyn is available on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday by appointment only.
